What's inside
Seven tools. One place to open.
Not a suite bolted together — Locker was built as one thing from the start.
Homework
A shared board that's only complete once your whole class fills it in — miss a class, it's already there.
Group Finder
Real project and study workspaces — tasks, resources, and chat, not just a headcount.
Parent-Teacher Meetings
Teachers open timeslots; students and parents book what's free. No back-and-forth to schedule one.
Marketplace
Buy and sell books and gear within your school. No fees, no strangers off-campus.
Achievements
A real portfolio of what you've actually earned — competitions, certifications, awards.
Rewards
Points, streaks, and a perk store — the fun layer, kept separate from your real accomplishments.
Messages
Direct messages with anyone in your school — classmates, project teammates, or your teacher.
For students
Made for the person actually using it.
Every decision starts with one question: would a student open this again tomorrow?
- Never miss another assignment
- Miss a class and the homework's already on the board — added by whoever was there.
- Find your project team
- Post what you need, review requests, and run the whole project in one workspace.
- Buy and sell without the awkwardness
- A marketplace scoped to your own school — no random strangers, no shipping.
- Get credit for what you've actually done
- Olympiads, certifications, sports — build a real portfolio, not another leaderboard.
For teachers
Your classes, your roster, your PTMs — not a portal to fight with.
Locker doesn't replace your school's existing systems. It's the place where the day-to-day coordination actually happens.
- Create your classes, own them
- Set up a class, assign the subject, and get an invite code instantly — no student can create one in your name.
- Run PTMs without the back-and-forth
- Open a set of timeslots once; students and parents book what's free. No more juggling calls to schedule one.
- See your whole roster at a glance
- Every class you teach, its subject, and who's in it — nothing else cluttering the view.
- Reach your class directly
- Message students and colleagues without leaving Locker or hunting for a phone number.
For schools
Built to earn a pilot, not demand one.
Locker grows one class at a time. You're never asked to roll it out school-wide before it's proven itself.
Real roles, not a free-for-all
A Principal/IT Admin sets up the school once; teachers create and own their classes. Students can join, never create one in a teacher's name.
A complement, not a replacement
Your existing ERP stays the system of record for attendance, notices, and official records. Locker is where the day-to-day coordination happens.
Contained by design
Marketplace and homework boards stay scoped to your own school — nothing leaks across institutions.
Free to pilot
No contract, no seat licenses, no minimum commitment to try it with one class.
How it works
Four steps. No IT ticket required.
- 01
Create your account
Sign up with your email, then tell us if you're a student, teacher, or Principal/IT Admin.
- 02
Find or set up your school
Search for your school. Principals/IT Admins create it if it's not there yet — everyone else just joins.
- 03
Create or join your class
Teachers create a class and get an invite code instantly. Students join with that code.
- 04
Invite everyone in
The more of your class that joins, the more useful every board, list, and PTM slot becomes.

Questions
Good to know
Is Locker free?+
For students and teachers, yes — joining a class, and everything you do inside it, costs nothing. Setting up a school itself is $85/month per school, billed to whoever registers it (typically the Principal/IT Admin). College accounts stay fully free to set up, same as before.
Who can create a school or a class?+
A school is created and owned by its Principal/IT Admin. From there, teachers create and own their own classes. Students join with an invite code — they never need to create anything to get started.
Does Locker replace our school's existing ERP?+
No. If your school already uses a system like Shri Educare for attendance, official notices, or administrative records, that stays the system of record. Locker is the collaboration layer on top — classes, groups, resources, and PTMs — not a replacement.
What if someone I don't know joins my class?+
Joining always requires an invite code from a teacher or classmate already in the class — there's no public directory of classes to browse into.
Can a class remove someone who's causing problems?+
Yes. A class's owner and moderators can remove members, and whoever owns the school (its Principal/IT Admin, or its Founder for a college account) can remove an entire spam class if needed.
What happens to my data?+
Your homework, marketplace listings, and achievements stay tied to your account and your class — they're not shared outside your school.
Is Locker only for schools, or colleges too?+
Both. College and university accounts get their own terminology and modules — courses, project and study groups, clubs, events, and a campus marketplace — built on the same underlying platform.
